GRANT GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS- FALL 2023

• Please submit your SHEF Classroom Enrichment application online by deadline, November 31st.

• Please submit your SHEF Grant Outcomes Report agreement as required.  

• Grants may range from $100 to $3,000.

• SHEF may elect to fund projects in part or in full.

Details, details, details – the more we know about your project, the easier it is for the Grant Committee to make an informed decision.
 

Yes, curriculum-based field trip proposals are welcome. 

 

You will be given the choice to use ClassWallet or have a check sent to your school.

​

 In order to close the learning loop on past projects and build support around future projects, your Grant Outcomes Report must include notes from students and pictures, in other words, be on time and shine. 

​

Your grant will stay posted on our website until the end of the school year so it can continue to garner community support.
