Inspiration, Motivation & Composition: Percussion Ensemble Artistry & Performance with Michael Eagle

This SHEF grant will facilitate the creation of a percussion ensemble for middle school and high school percussionists. Conventional percussion in the school setting rarely showcases the percussionist and only allows for a few parts for a large number of students. A percussion ensemble would engage all percussion students at a new level, would encourage original compositions and will culminate in a performance at the spring band concert.
